Sir Steve Redgrave, former British rower and five times Olympic gold medallist, is well equipped to reflect on the gruelling process of becoming a world class athlete. He is passionate about communicating the rewards to young people and to those who would invest in sports training. |

James Cracknell has two Olympic gold medals and six World Championship titles. He is also well known for his extreme sporting exploits; including the arduous 49 day boat crossing of the Atlantic with friend Ben Fogle from which came a successful book and award winning TV series. This will be a very special event with two phenomenal sporting heroes. |

Since his retirement he has earned a reputation as an equally uncompromising commentator.
