INSERTING A VIDEO INTO A PAGE

To add a video to a page, click on the video button on the toolbar (its right at the end) ---------------------------------------approximately here! ^^

This will open a popup so you need to make sure your popup blocker is not turned on. If it is you should see a thin bar appear at the top of your browser page giving you options to turn it off.

Select one of your videos from the dropdown (we've uploaded an Adido promotional video to demonstrate if you haven't yet got any of your own). Dub3 will then work out the dimensions of your video and put a placeholder into the page for you.

All that remains is to hit Preview or save the page and look at it from the website.

UPLOADING A NEW VIDEO

To upload a new video, you need to visit the Media module as this is where all your files are kept for you to manage. You'll commonly find the media module under the "Modules" section of your Dub3 menu.

Once in there, you need to upload your video files to the "flv" folder. FLV is the file extension for Flash Video as this is the format your videos need to be in to embed them into a page. Using the Media module, upload your video file into this folder and it will automatically appear as an option when you use the video button in the toolbar. See "INSERTING A VIDEO INTO A PAGE".
