The Festival Box Office will be open every day over the Festival fortnight.
Open Monday – Saturday, 10am – 7pm.
Salisbury Playhouse box office closes at 6pm on days when there is no public performance.

Ticket sale terms & conditions
We do not exchange or refund tickets. This includes moving a ticket to an alternative performance. If you have a ticket that you are unable to use it can be returned to the Festival as a donation and offered for resale. Please send any unwanted tickets for donation to the Festival Office at 87 Crane Street, Salisbury, SP1 2PU. We do not offer to resell tickets on sold-out shows but you are welcome to pass the ticket to someone else to use.
We try to indicate suitability for relevant ages on our family friendly events. For all family friendly events, children over 18 months (unless stated otherwise) will require a ticket. Children under 18 months do not require a seat or ticket.
For all other Festival events, i.e. those not specifically marked family friendly, tickets are required by everyone attending, including children of all ages.
Wheelchair requirements must be booked via the Box Office and are not available online. If you have any other requirements please contact the Box Office on 0845 241 9651.
Access details for individual events are available online with the main event description and under the 'Access' tab on each event page.
We offer a complimentary ticket for companions assisting a disabled customer, which are available on request from the box office.
We do not allow single seats to be left unoccupied when you are booking online as it is difficult for us to fill lots of single seats. If you receive this message, please look elsewhere in the auditorium for your seats, or if you want those specific seats, call the box office on 0845 241 9651 and we will let you book them over the phone.
Ticket Collection & Delivery
Tickets booked online are normally posted to you within 5 days of purchase.
If you have opted to collect your tickets they will be available to collect at the venue half an hour before the start of the performance. If you have purchased for more than one event you will need to collect your tickets at each separate event half an hour before the start time.
Tickets are not printed until the day of the event and cannot be collected from the box office in advance of the performance day.
